Nate KowalMay 19, 2015The service department is excellent. They fix your problem quickly, cheaply, and with a smile (and sometimes a joke). They won't nickel and dime you either especially if you need something tightened.

Purchased a bike and they throw in a year of service, a water bottle, and a kickstand. There is no apathy from employees.
