- Ashley RoseJune 29, 2018Lots of outdoor seating - even on a busy Saturday afternoon the wait is only 30 minutes. Have a Bloody Mary, $30 crab salad and relax.Upvoted 2 days ago

- Lach TaylorMarch 4, 2016New chef has really turned this place around. Check the daily specials. On the regular menu, try the smoked trout salad with cara cara.
- Stephen ThorntonAugust 12, 2014Oysters on the half shell are awesome. Not that many tourists here compared to Sausalito! Fun place to hang.
- gennaratorNovember 4, 2010It's so fun to come to Sam's on a hot day. The view is one of the bests in the bay. The food is good, I love getting their Caesar salad and adding prawns, their mimosas are wonderful too!
- Rosie DeoJuly 27, 2013Enjoy the company of seagulls by eating outside on the deck. Very friendly environment. Take a walk and enjoy the atmosphere.
- Bachelor10April 26, 2011Take the ferry over to Tiburon from either the Ferry Building or Pier 41 in San Francisco. Gorgeous views of the Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and SF. Plus they serve beer and lots of it. Read more
- Coolest, hippest spot in Tiburon! Sit out on the deck with all the cool people but watch out for the seagulls...they are well versed on boldly stealing food from tourist! : )
- A fantastic brunch spot across the Bay with gorgeous views... get there by 11am on weekends to beat the first ferry and the crowds. No reservations accepted.

- The Ark NewspaperAugust 15, 2012Since there aren't any umbrellas — a sore spot w/my pasty skin and lack of hair — be sure to ask about sunscreen. They keep a giant jug of it over by the host/hostess station out back, and it's free!
- Get the hang town fry omelette with the blue cheese bread as toast. Perfect for 1pm brunch waiting for the ferry
- Ali RaheemMarch 31, 2018Views are indeed great. I am a tiburon resident so have been here plenty of times. At times the food falls short of expected quality given the relatively high prices.
- The deck at Sam's is the perfect way to spend a sunny weekend afternoon. Watch out for the kamikaze seagulls though. They are bananas.
- Peter ShiauMay 6, 2012You can usually get a table inside without a wait. Sometimes it's better than fighting for an outside table even if it's beautiful.
- Mike NadelmanMarch 26, 2012Still the best place for Bfst for 2 (only at the bar) if you are willing to spend $150 and arrive by boat early in the morning.
- Chris AstonJanuary 21, 2013Had the steak sandwich on toasted sourdough with au jus dip and a side of mixed greens. Scenic and delicious!
