You have to Enjoy the Location! It's in the Middle of Everything! Rooms were nice & My floor was quiet (38th) ~ Staff was available & nice!

Everything is always clean; good service. Only complaint - bed is super hard and made back issues worse.

Roberto Bruder AguiarJanuary 8, 2018For the price is this Hotel I can stay at a top notch anywhere else in the world. These accommodations are very average and the price of their drinks at The Bar is outrageous.
It's a great place to stay and it's near the river walk and mall.

The elevator makes me dizzy! On the other hand, the hotel is connected to the mall, which is very nice.
Boingo wireless is a roaming partner-- subscribe to one of their packages for less than the cost of a day of hotel Internet access!
Slowest elevators of ALL TIME. Staff is absolutely wonderful & everything else is great.
Maegan RamirezOctober 30, 2012Everyone's whining about how slow the elevator is. It's not slow. There is free WiFi in the lobby, it should be everywhere, but I made do.
Service is dismal at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Better to eat at the lobby bar.

Emilie SmithApril 11, 2013Room was small and cramped, very expensive and Internet in room was expensive. Staff were nice, meeting rooms were freezing. Great location.
If you're attending a conference, bring a sweater...or your parka.
Not really impressed ..... Home2 a better hotel n less expensive
