Ahhh the clam chowder, was the absolute best. Great view while you enjoy the classics. I saw every water animal available in Monterey, through those windows. Otters, jellyfish, seals, and pelicans.

I loved the clam chowder and my dish (chicken piccata). My hubby got the rock fish (?) And loved it too.

Clam chowder is creamy and rich, but a little bit salty. If you prefer lighter food, get Old Fisherman's Grotto's clam chowder instead.

Fish and chips and the shrimp were delicious. The class chowder was excellent.

Excellent grilled scallops. Also perhaps the best clam chowder I have ever had.
