Beautiful building. Unfortunately for the homeless this is one of the only places sane to hang out. Toilets are often trashed
Used the spl app to reserve books from my list a few days ago and the used it as my library card to check them out lightning fast today!

The 11th floor, where the majority of HQ is located, is accessible by library staff only.

Top floor is a great place to study because it's quiet. There's plenty of outlets for you to plug in your laptop.

Watch interesting characters in the Reading room on the 10th floor:- sleeping- pretending to read while they continue sleeping- talking to themselves... LOUDLY- tearing bits of paper - eatin
Your coffee allowed in the premises as long as it has a tightly-closed lid.
- These computers you can use for two hours if used for job related work. Doesn't take away from your allotted time of 90 mins.
