- Beautiful building. Unfortunately for the homeless this is one of the only places sane to hang out. Toilets are often trashed

- Top floor is a great place to study because it's quiet. There's plenty of outlets for you to plug in your laptop.

- Watch interesting characters in the Reading room on the 10th floor:- sleeping- pretending to read while they continue sleeping- talking to themselves... LOUDLY- tearing bits of paper - eatin
- Your coffee allowed in the premises as long as it has a tightly-closed lid.
- These computers you can use for two hours if used for job related work. Doesn't take away from your allotted time of 90 mins.
