If you're in a pinch, there are washers & dryers on the 2nd floor. Don't forget the detergent & quarters!!

Downside: also right near the fire station - sirens all night long!- New room service menu (spring 2013) is a huge improvement! Complimentary beer and wine in the exec lounge. And the front desk associate Carla is phenomenal! Only real complaint is the wifi.

First time here at a Platinum (was here last year as a Gold). My bed is almost the size of the room - no suite upgrade. I'm sad. :(. This room is too damn small!!!
it's a converted Holiday Inn, the staff needs to get their act together if they want to be part of the SPG!
Ridiculously SLOW wifi, like dial-up speeds. Even for Platinum members.
