The lobby is dizzying with all the constant conventions happening. Nice gym though.
Doesn't offer too many amenities but it's a good night if you can get it.
If you get assigned to room 521, get another room. This one creeks like a swaying mantis.

Amber GDecember 17, 2011You don't always get what you booked. Booked a room w/King bed. Got here and found out they didn't have one and got suck with 2 double beds.
Dont ask for a comp upgrade if you're not a platinum or gold SPG member because you wont get one.
WanderlustApril 11, 2013One of the worst hotel experience ever! Room key didn't work at least 5 times during my stay. My coworker saw a bug in her bed! :-/ had to move to another room.
Complete rip-off. This place wants every nickel and dime they can get. $500 for a couple nights and you're charging for Internet in the rooms?

The hotel management here is underpowered, often rude and non-responsive. Do not book here through a third party like Hotwire, you're begging for confusion and conflict.
Joey StegerOctober 12, 2012Wow, not up to standard for SPG...is this a doubletree? Not only is the hotel drab and outdated, but the air quality and personal service is subpar at best.
