Beautiful hotel, I've stayed in many hotels but never noticed one that smells so good. Enjoyed live entertainment in the lobby bar. Lovely entrance and sunken bar/lounge, pool setting is also nice....

Very nice place, staff us friendly and very helpful. First I got a room with some issues, the staff at the front desk changed me to another great room immediately. Location is good and I will be back.

Great pool and a hotel that thrives in its opulence. Great service . If you want to work out & didn't pack for it, they'll help you out at no charge by brining you clothes And running shoes to borrow

Beautiful hotel with different restaurants, depending on what you are in the mood for. The sushi, which you can eat in the lobby, is really good. A great, low-key dinner option in an amazing setting!

My favorite hotel in San Jose. Great service and very nice location. Just stay away from the room service. The food is scary.

If you’re in the tower, be sure to take the second floor bridge from the main hotel. Much nicer and easier if you’re towing bags.

Beautiful lobby, BUT very small gym, huge letdown for a Fairmont Hotels. It's a great value if you can get the $79-99 corporate rate seasonally. I was happy with the service and ambiance.

Very sweet woman brought my breakfast this morning insisting that if I needed anything at all, I call her right away, Baby pumpkin was a nice touch, included fruit and coffee was very good.....

Rooms really nice! Helpful and friendly staff. Grand decor! Holiday weekends attract party people that turn the place into a Las Vegas resort. Stay away.

Really cool to hit the pool at dusk, float on your bag and watch the planes fly almost touching distance over your head...we like it here a lot. Great staff, great rooms....

Disappointed with the shower at the Fairmont my shower kept going cold on me and would not get hot? Other then that the room is nice and the bar downstairs is fun. Just cold showers suck.

The Grill on the Alley has painfully slow patio service...so head over to McCormick & Schmicks across the way, where you can use their free wifi

Incredibly slow service. Checked bags at bell desk as we were early for check in. Once checked in, bags never came and I went down to get them myself. Called down for extra sheets/pillows. Never came.
