I had the pork belly poutine and the brisket sandwich! The poutine, the pork belly melted in your mouth even though the cheese want melted enough. Brisket was tender and juicy too!
Not the bbq, central Texas uses post oak and produces a mellow flavor this is green oak and apple and is just a bitter unpalatable mess. Try hickory it is harder to mess up. Great space, beer, menu
