Great place. I love the yoga studio, it's clean, calm and it has perfect the heat for the classes. The changing rooms are pretty small so be prepared to wait during peak times.

Beautiful space for excersize love this studio and they use lovely cow shed products in the bathroom

TRX HIIT is pretty hardcore. Yoga is nice for the body.
