As a vegetarian, this is my absolute favorite food truck. The veggie sandwiches are amazing - I personally prefer them with minimus sauce and cheese.
Kingsley YoungerMay 6, 2015Try the pulled pork sandwich. The Maximus is spicy while the Minimus is not spicy. If you want more heat, ask for "Heat" powder on the pulled pork.- Owned by the same company that owns Beecher's Handmade Cheese, so they use that delicious cheese in the mac and cheese!
