As a vegetarian, this is my absolute favorite food truck. The veggie sandwiches are amazing - I personally prefer them with minimus sauce and cheese.

Try the pulled pork sandwich. The Maximus is spicy while the Minimus is not spicy. If you want more heat, ask for "Heat" powder on the pulled pork.

Owned by the same company that owns Beecher's Handmade Cheese, so they use that delicious cheese in the mac and cheese!

Bring your veggie friends here so they can have a good veggie sammich and you still get your pork on! Yummy ginger lemonade and hibiscus nectar!

Pretty disappointing overall. The sweet slaw had some good flavors, but the spicy pulled pork's predominate flavor was chili powder. Also, the meat was pretty dry overall.
