Our newest blend, paying homage to the city where we roast. This roast is as smooth as a brooklyn salesman & diverse like the people who populate this great city. Beautiful light roast blended w/ a thick syrupy darker roast. Contradicting yet harmonious in taste.

With a heart & soul of south America, this blend is smooth & elegant. the bright acidity is mellowed only by its persistent smoky finish. house blend exemplifies our passion & desire to roast coffees that taste like coffee!

A thick, rich, chocolaty blend for those in love w/ the dark side! this blend of organic fair trade coffees from south America & Indonesia is complex without being “burnt” tasting or obnoxious! it’s smooth, silky & strong at the same time. not for everyone but quite a treat for those who appreciate & love this profile & roast.

Light, bright & crisp. this is our "dough nut-blend", for lack of a better term for this, our signature light blend. this is a three bean blend of all south & central American coffees. this blend is roasted together to meld the flavors as they roast. a bit of a departure from our usual component roasting, but seems to bring out the best in these coffees. the acidity jumps & profile is rich but mellow.

Stone​ street coffee company has sourced these beans directly from the farm in Colombia. the beautiful blue green color of this coffee makes it a prized origin! it is a 18 screen that makes it perfect to display in bulk bins for those customers who need large beans for a visual impact. the profile is a pleasant above average acidity paired w/ a clean lingering finish. this is a great, wonderful, “handsome” coffee w/ a solid body & nice complexity.

Dominican coffees are very rich & robust. They have a good crisp acidity w/ a nice lingering finish. We do this coffee in the traditional dark roast but get many requests for a light to medium; either way this is a fine outstanding coffee w/ interesting, distinguishing characteristics. Small lot & direct trade. This coffee is elegant, has a lush persistent flavor, clean bright acidity, & a medium body.

This wonderful brazilian mogiana is clean & bright. you will experience a pleasant aroma & a mild, smooth flavor in this premium south American coffee. the profile & softness of this coffee makes it a great candidate for our famous French roast.

This naturally processed indonesian coffee grows in sumatra, & takes its mandheling name from an ethnic group rather than a location. The most full-bodied of all coffees, sumatra mandheling delivers heavy, syrupy body & very little acidity.

Hacienda san pedro, in the hills of the jayuya, puerto rico, specializes in small lot, handpicked coffees. We toured the farm & saw first hand the most amazing, "farm to counter" experience. Every aspect of growing, picking, milling, washing & drying the beans are done on premises. In fact, it has been done this way for the last 100 years. This is what direct-trade is all about!
