    Very expensive. But nicest theater in town with assigned seats. Show up early. Get seats. Hang out and drink and eat.

    Leave time to park if going by car. There's a garage under Sundance and another one block east (or get lucky with street parking).

    Bars on second and third floors. Use the elevator to get between them so you don't have to show your stamp.

    Mostly locals great space since its been renovated. Love going here on the weekends to avoid bridge and tunnel!!!

    On January 19, Gilt City members can watch Ashton and Natalie heat up the big screen before everyone else...Comedy, Kutcher... oh, and beer and wine. Not a bad way to spend an evening.

    No longer the Sundance Kabuki. It's now owned by AMC, and they no longer validate parking if you park in Japantown. ☹️ they play ads before movies, and service isn't as good as before.

    While you can drink in most of the theatres here, make sure you book in the correct ones. You can't drink in cinema 7 and 8 Read more

    The dopest thing about this theatre is the option to buy specific seats for the show. If you're into movies this really counts. There are also some good Korean bbq joints right up the street.

    anytime you can see a movie in Auditorium #1, sit in the balcony. It's 21+ and you have direct access to the balcony bar. Plus, the seats are super comfortable. Best for 2 ppl.

    Theater 3 is next to a karaoke lounge. We could hear sound bleed several times during our evening screening. Asked manager for refund. Sundance you can do better for $16.50/ticket.
