    I like the idea putting sushi on boat, you can see them directly and take whatever you want, their sushi is not bad, had a good experience there.

    The sushi floats by on little boats. You grab what you want and they charge you by the plate. Good place to go when you have people who only like certain kinds of rolls

    Don't eat the bot sushi, the fish isn't that fresh. The sashimi and nigiri, however? Are both fantastic.

    Sit at the bar it's better. Average sushi though. Location is very convenient in the heart of down town SF

    Avoid the bar space closest to the front door, as there's a big draft every time people enter the restaurant.

    Don't waste you time. Make the trip to Isobune in Japantown. The sushi, sashimi and service is waaay better.

    Only thing good about Sushi Boat is the location...when there are no Japanese patrons you've gone to the wrong place. Try Iso Bune in Japantown instead.

    They do not have cellular coverage in the basement and do not have WiFi. Stupid, unless you want to eat offline.
