- Wailana WongFebruary 1, 2023Most of the fish is flown in from Japan and is high quality. The grilled cod which my bf and I shared was life changing. This is a homey, authentic Japanese restaurant and not fancy but so good!
- Bryant BalatbatNovember 8, 2016A little pricey for the neighborhood but you get quality in return. The chirashi is beautifully presented. Comes with uni. Get anything with uni.

- Marco CaragJanuary 14, 2014The grilled mackerel is surprisingly juicy, and the omakase is fantastic.
- Great fresh fish, much better than ariyoshi. Also great fried chicken
- Some say owner/chef Robin Kawada opened the 1st sushi restaurant in Manhattan in 1975! In addition to this Queens outpost, Kawada owns a 15-seater in Japan. Too legit to quit.
