I think there has been a change in ownership. The quality of pho was markedly less than in previous years

This is some of the most solid pho I've had! I'm honorary FOB (fresh off the boat) so I know what I speak.
Don't overlook the banh mi, my personal favorite is the 74, the 47 will satisfy most

I know their specialty is Pho, but they can sure throw down a mean beef sandwich and mango bubble.
Papaya smoothie w/ tapioca is really delicious.
If it's raining or cold try the #47; if it is overcast, get the #111. if it is hot out, get the #84.
