The Cannibal is the nickname of Belgian Cycling legend Eddy Merckx. Get some gueuze and you'll be hooked on funky beer.

Small portions for the food but they definitely pack a punch. Salumi board was a great start. If you're a beer drinker, try to peruse the coolers before making your choice

Draught beer was $10...but I guess it was specialty....food was great. The Salumi Board had 3 different meats to sample. Sausage Mergues was very tasty

I prefer a snappier dog, but these chili dogs were perfectly balanced and totally inhale-worthy. I also quite enjoyed my first foray into steak tartare.

Start with the pork belly snacks. Order a nice, rich stout. Finish off with the bone marrow (it's worth trying if you never have).

Lamb tartare, rabbit sausage, serious cheese/charcuterie plates. The place looks tight, but theres a backyard garden that's heated in the winter.

Ambient and food are top, too bad for the service quality. We've been placed in a narrow hidden place away from everyone, which could be ok, but felt a but uncomfortable with the waiter approach.
