Confused so as to why this place only has a 7.9. It's great! The Dead Poet cocktail is so good, and you get to take the jar home! Grab yourself a rum and coke and get gelato at Amorino!

Best little pub to catch whatever game is on TV (they’ll gladly change the channel for you) while enjoying a perfect Guinness with a surprisingly delicious Buffalo Chicken Sandwich.

Guinness crowned with a shamrock, double cooked Thai chili wings, and great conversation with regulars and bartenders alike. Can't go wrong. Shouts out to K.C., Tim, and Matt. Make ya feel at home!

A wide selection of Irish whiskey goes well with free popcorn, and the signature Dead Poet cocktail is lethal.

This place has sentimental value to me. It was my hh bar when I was a teacher. When it’s crowded it can be frustrating to manage. The beer is well selected and the free popcorn is much appreciated.

Small little pub in the upper west side. Patio for a pint and people watching. Was thinking this would be a cozy place to have a pint in the winter!

With some great house cocktails and a wide selection of beer on tap, it is a much more pleasant place to sit down and nurse a drink.

The Gringo Nachos with pulled pork were amazing, and the toppings were really well dispersed. Not just cheese on top like you often get

Small place. They have beer so that's good. Also if you drink 100 pints of Guinness at that bar you can get your name on the wall

Their signature Dead Poet drink is a must-try -- tastes kinda like grape juice, but the mix of 7 liquors will get you buzzed quickly. Bonus: you also get to take your glass home with you!

Great, chill bar in between a bunch of fratty nonsense. Fantastic bloody marys with a great 2 for 1 deal on Sundays. Awesome old school rock too!

Best little pub on the Upper West Side. Best Guinness in NYC and with 17 other brews on the cleanest taps around. Good eats too. Great staff, locals + worldly travelers = for fun days and nights.

I love this place, but must share that we saw a bunch of baby roaches crawling on the walls last night. Still ordered food, though, because it's so damn good. Frying kills them, right?

This pub-type bar has a very subdued, quite ambiance. Go here if you'd like to actually hear the person you're talking with. I recommend!

If you can get past the narrow opening there's plenty of room to enjoy your beer in the back.

Order a Dead Poet & have a good night. Order a 2nd & have a GREAT night. But don't order a 3rd if you want to remember any of it.
