- CandiceAugust 18, 2014The staff is the absolute best, I left some dresses in the room during my stay and the front desk sent them back to me all the way in Las Vegas. As someone in the industry I know this is above/beyond!
- Excellent restaurant, location and service. The team doesn't know the word/words no/I don't know!! Sports arena is attached to the hotel so look for opportunities to take in a hockey game or concert.
- This hotel is great. The only problem is wifi. It does not stay connected for extended periods making keeping in touch with family or work difficult when FaceTime, Skype and WebEx drop constantly..
- Excellent value and perfectly located in downtown. Way better than any of the chain hotels.

- Out of all the hotels I've stayed at this has to be the most hospital in regards to room service. The food is amazing and they are very fast.
- You have to check out an Idaho Steelheads game at CenturyLink Arena while you're here! The season runs from Oct-Mar (and Apr for playoffs).
- I prefer the "Valley View" which faces the valley, BSU, Train Depot and Capital Blvd. If you have any questions, ask our Concierge!
- Wonderful first trip to Boise. Great staff, food, and views.
- This hotel has a huge gym with a grat view of the mountains. If only they had a set of freeweights--
