Thought at first the pre-fix options would disappoint as I'm used to the a la carte menu at the bar but it was hands down amazing. Loved the bass steamed in spinach leaves. Roasted beets were great 2.

One the best restaurants in NYC. If you have time, go for the full Monty in the restaurant with a great view on some MOMA sculptures. If you are in a 'rush' indulge at the bar. Great wine list!

Amazing drinks and food! Cocktails are espectacular. Some of the best bartenders in the city. The wine list is huge and outstanding. They deserve all the best reviews, nothing in there is wrong!

Take a seat in the restaurant to go for the four course prix fixe or tasting menu. You'll find that the Alsatian Dumplings, Baked Quail, and Soft-Poached Eggs are all executed to perfection.

Excellent prefix menu, we enjoyed every dish and I particularly loved the pistachio stuffed chicken as a main. Portion sizes were surprisingly good as well.

Consistent delicious food prepared with precision. Chef Abram Bissell's food feels light, straddling classic and modern. Wide-ranging wine list. And I couldn't be more pleased with the hospitality.

Prix fixe 4-course menu is a fabulous deal - mini croissants, delicious pistachio chicken and lobster dishes, and more in a great setting with beautiful view into the MoMA courtyard!

Tremendous value for a 4 course prix fixe at a great venue overlooking the Rockefeller Sculpture Garden; make sure you save room for the unlimited dessert tray they roll around at the end of the meal!

Two michelin star restaurant in the MOMA and it lives up to it. English pea soup & crispy skin salmon were delicious.

Great hospitality as always at Danny Meyer's restaurants. Sommelier Josh was knowledgeable to tackle my trickiest questions. Food was impeccable. Highly recommended, will come back any time

Impeccable service, everything is delicious, but portions are on the small side so order a little more than you think you need!

I've always eaten at the bar, never in the lounge area or restarant. Great bartenders -- take their recommendations for wine and spirits. Love the mushroom soup w/chorizo ravioli, the tarte flambee'.

I've never been disappointed by their prix-fixe dinner menu. In the summer, finish with a nightcap in the MoMA sculpture garden, it's utterly serene. No tipping, reservations recommended.

The Modern is a lovely spot without any of the pretension that can sometimes plague these types of restaurants. The setting - from the decor to the sculpture garden view, is possibly the best in NYC.

Dinner table needs reservation. Try the bar instead. Quick service. Food is great. If you are non alcoholic, try lychee purée soda. Taste refreshing !

Everything is always perfection - food, drink, and service. This time I had the Brussels sprout salad and the pork tenderloin - both were lovely, the pork was special.

The tasting menu is refined and absolutely stunning. One of the best meals I've ever had. The sommelier was also exceptional--the pairings were on-point throughout the meal.

The sleek eatery at the Museum of Modern Art is just as much a masterpiece as the works inside the museum (recently re-imagined and expanded by Japanese architect Yoshio Taniguchi).

Well thought out acoustics. The buzz from the bar room carries over ever so slightly to the dining room. Leaves a bit of the excitement lingering, while still allowing for a quiet and intimate meal.

Art and foodie/Danny Meyer lovers alike will love! For great deals try the $98 4 course dinner menu or the $55 3 course lunch menu. Don't leave without ordering a dessert from Pastry Chef Marc Aumont.

Wine list is intimidating, but the sommelier made a great recommendation- friendly and non judgmental of our interest in "hidden gems" (re: cheaper) list. Foie gras & spicy steak tar tar were winners.

They don't offer fries on the menu, but they do have them and they're great. Just ask for them. (The wild mushroom soup is great - the lobster pappardelle and gnocchi are a bit too salty.)

The Modern has views of MoMa’s sculpture garden, and the menu is all French-inflected suave goodness, but the real allure here is its sense of civilized escape.
