We love wines on tap because of their long-lasting, unoxidized and uncorked profile. Same quality as a bottle. Same flavor. Just out of a reusable keg. That's code for environmentally friendly.

Want to take a few of your favorites home? We have over 70 bottles of wine to purchase, all of which we've tasted and love. We have reds, whites, rosés and sparkling wines from regions all over the world.
Wines on Machine
If you're looking to try wines at your own pace and quantity, our machines let you do the pouring - giving you total control over tastings. 32 wines in all. Sound dangerous? It is.

Local Wisconsin Beers
True, this is a wine shop, but this is also Wisconsin. That's why we put as much effort into selecting local bottled beers for you to enjoy here at The Ruby Tap or to take home.
Mix and Match
And with Wisconsin's multitude of breweries and delicious craft beers, how can we expect anyone to make up their mind. We don't. Mix and match all you want with custom six packs to-go.

Cheese
Wisconsin has over 600 varieties of cheese from 1,200 plus cheese makers, some of which has been lucky to find a home here. Because with any good wine, there's an equally good cheese to pair.
Desserts
Wine and chocolate? Some say it can't be done. We don't care. We've crafted a dessert tasting menu full of mini, local treats and some of our favorite dessert wines. A perfect ending to any tasting.
Charcuterie
This is just a fancy way of saying delicious prepared meats. So why don't we just call it that? Because we think our plates of prosciutto and salami are worthy of something a little more.
