The whole dining inside a chapel experience made this one of my favorite fine dining restaurants in Singapore. My set: Tuna Carpaccio, Salmon Roulade & Creme Brulee.
When it comes to buffet breakfast in Singapore, this is my favorite! Fresh food with a lot of options. I also appreciate the prompt & friendly service. I once had overcooked Nasi Lamak though.

Exquisite designs + delectable menu + excellent service (valet included) = time well spent! The Chef Menu with Duck Breast is a nice choice for dinner. Then go up for drinks at Prelude!
Old school but just like wine, the older the better! :-) My favorite is the crab cakes! Crunchy on the outside but tender on the inside. You can order half portion if it's too much!
One of the top 5 places for high tea in Singapore. There are several options. Try the English Rose Tea that comes with delicious cakes!
One of the award winning restaurants in Lion city. It doesn't open for breakfast though. The pumpkin soup is absoYUMMYlutely!!
One of my favorites at The Shoppes. Reason being, that it's got nice menu for homesick remedies. Rijstafel, Belado, Sate Ayam, nom nom nom!!! Service is quite nice even when it's a bit crowded.
First they have THE tea. Second they have baked-to-perfection macaroons. Third they have lusty dishes. Enjoying all that in an elegance way of dining? All there's left to say is: Count me in!
Oh, for the love of lobsters and steaks!! They definitely do the name of the restaurant justice! The choices of music could be better though.
One of the places to be 'lost in time' for bookworms and coffee lovers in Singapore! I love the coffee, lovely service, sofas, books and the cakes - in that order! Price is okay for a frequenter.
Love the dedicated buffet section for kids!! The sushi section is my favorite. Buffet comes with great options. Fresh juice is not a part of the beverages though.
Cozy place whether you need to get some things done online or just want to hang out. Sandwich is a bit too much. Coffee & hot chocolate are nice. Same goes with the service.
Tapas at the waterfront is a bliss. The paella and mushroom are nice! I wouldn't recommend the sangria though. It tasted so weird, I regret I had it! Service is okay.
It has a lot of things to offer. I enjoyed the photography exhibition in March 2012, for instance! Great regular events with nice DJs too! A place to have fun no matter what time of the day it is. ;-)
