David KaufmanAugust 15, 2010Free shuttle service most of the day/night. Great service and very convenient to get to restaurants, bars, and other Buckhead locations. Exit the motor lobby and ask the valet if you need a ride.
Tim FluchtNovember 19, 2013Ladies - use valet parking for safety"s sake. The parking garage looks like it was laid out by the set designer from the movie Hostel. No joke - don't do it.
Jeff GlassApril 6, 2010Stay on the 21 or 22nd floor (concierge lounge w/ free water, snacks, bkfst). 6th floor is the gym & pool - smells like chlorine - avoid.
Gym is okay, number of machines and small pool but no sauna.

With very few exceptions, the service quality is getting worse
