- Restaurant in hotel is only so-so, and limited hours. Walk a block up Columbia to the Karl Straus microbrewery instead.
Anndrea ChanOctober 30, 2011OK WTF apparently they meant first check in to the hotel not on the app. I wouldn't have waited til breakfast to check in if that were the case. Didn't even apologize that stupid bitch.
Found some of the staff to be rude. Unexplained power outage and nothing for the inconvenience? Tons of hair in my "clean" towels?! I'll go elsewhere next time.
Jason H.September 23, 2019We booked a room and needed to cancel the same day. The BONVOY app and staff approved it but the hotel declined and charged us the full rate. Watch out for these folks. They will rob you blind. Awful.
Rude staff over charges card and does nothing to fix problem ... Hate this hotel... Don't stay here
