Though the flat noodles were preferable to regular ones, Pho 2000's pho tai is world's better in my opinion.

Order the chicken pho, which is arguably the best chicken pho in the bay area. They have freshly made noodles. This is northern style pho, so it's clear broth and no frills.

The noodles are flat, there are no sprouts, limes, or hoisin sauce. Not the same as the pho you are used to. Not bad but probably won't come back
