- Mark Boltz-RobinsonAugust 15, 2015Completely renovated. Now offers soup, or breakfast items and other nibbles above the previous crackers, cheese, and carrot sticks. Much better layout and power outlets.
- Amanda ThauDecember 30, 2015Great space! Much bigger than I expected! Not a huge food selection, but the food there was great. Lots of space for lounging, tv watching, office space, and private cubbies.
- NiranjanDecember 29, 2012Nice views from the lounge. Extremely spacious and has almost everything a lounge can offer. Has decent complimentary wifi as well, great for causal downloading and emailing.
- James H.February 13, 2016We are impressed with the changes and attitude at the United club. Delta and American left them so far behind it is nice to see they get the message. We may swing back to more united flights
- Jay ByrneOctober 19, 2011This former Continental lounge is convenient and (under CO) offered decent free snacks - including fresh fruit, cheese, crackers, etc... Vino Volo, nearby in Terminal C good side trip for a meal.
- AnthonyMay 18, 2014Drink wine or a Bloody Mary to avoid the watered-down "house" beers. Grab packets of cookies and carrots on the way out. Be nice to the friendly, overworked servers.
- #unitedclubdowngrade UA just recently downgraded complimentary drinks to Bud Lights even if you are paying $400+/yr for membership or on a First Class ticket. :( Flyertalk Disc:
http://goo.gl/quelcZ - HannahApril 17, 2015Great time! Free wifi, continental breakfast (bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and coffee). Plenty of seats available.
- Kelly GotkinJuly 24, 2016It can get a bit crowded on weekends, but there's a lot of room and the snacks/drinks are great
- Tara SettembreDecember 25, 2011See the shower valet for a private stall to freshen up between flights. If u give your credit card as a deposit there are free lockers to stow your stuff. I needed a large one to hold my carry on.
- Marsk OngMay 31, 2013You don't get a life like Ryan Bingham here. No cheap sushi, sandwiches, or the likes. But decent wifi and shower rooms. Good place to while your time away.
- Need to include better liquor their top shelf Liquors are " well" booze anywhere else. No real food..try international airlines lounges to see how it's done..sandwich Sushi..etc
- Nigel VilchesJuly 10, 2012snag a spot by the window, comfy chairs and you can see flights arriving and departing ... their TV lounge and showers are also great
- Mario NavarroApril 24, 2013The location is good and convenient but there's no food, just the same few types of snacks. No real cappuccino or espresso, can you believe? One must go to next door Starbucks if coffee savvy ...
- Breakfast is manageable here... You can find what to eat, much better than the flight food
- Keep your feet off the otherwise perfectly foot-height coffee tables! Want an ottoman? Use your carry-on. They *will* speak sternly to you about it. Especially when it's less crowded.
- Michelle LancasterNovember 22, 2013They FINALLY have Jack Daniels! For $11 ... super pricey, but I guess I should be "thankful" the clubs have it.
- Henrik B.July 18, 2012Many different drinks options and great view - but way too busy and everybody seems to be able to get in! I need a business class lounge!
- Marc SNovember 2, 2014Decent lounge. They have recently upgraded the furniture, which helps a lot. This lounge can get very busy at peak times.
- SiobhánJanuary 23, 2017The staff is helpful and it's nice to have a quiet corner but normally crowded.
- MuratMarch 26, 2015Quite crowded, almost impossible to find a seat. The food variety is very limited, practically none. You need to pay for alcoholic beverages. Otherwise, it is just ok. Doesn't feel like a lounge.
- Ryan LandrySeptember 12, 2014Mega over-crowded club. The wait-staff are super awesome though. Tip generously!
- J.R. ConstanceOctober 25, 2017Partially under construction, very outdated, not nearly enough electrical outlets, and very crowded.
- Lanre AdedokunAugust 24, 2016Convenient and adequate facilities but the Club was crowded and service through business class check-In and pre-check service staff was not very friendly with exception of the U Club reception staff
- Brian LinMay 22, 2012Pleasantly surprised by the showers here and customer service was very capable and professionally. Worth the visit!
- Rob HavasySeptember 2, 2015Always crowded with limited food. Best when thought of as a bar with Wi-Fi away from the crowded gates.
- Scott ArchambaultJune 22, 2014Really rundown, typical old-school United lounge. Gets crazy crowded and most seats have no power. Um, why am I sitting in here???
- Good size club. Good private spaces to work. Good tv lounge. As with all other domestic united clubs - food selection is horrible.
- Darrell WhitelawJanuary 8, 2013TSA pre-check lane at C-3 and you're less than 100ft. away from the front door. Make life easy.
- Bar isn't open till Noon on Sunday. You'll have to wait till you get to your 1st Class seat for a belt
- There are outlets, desks and free booze. What more do you want out of a lounge?
- Peder StrayJune 18, 2017Free wifi is a good thing, but the food and beer selection could be a lot better.
- Formerly free spirits are now premium. Go to the bar next door, better pour for less money. Another new United low.
- Justin WilliamsDecember 12, 2013Not only is there no food (crackers & few whole fruit is all the offering), but they don't let you bring in outside food! Need to redesign the lounge as not enough free seats & power sockets. Poor!
- Ikai LanApril 3, 2013There's a ridiculous rule here banning outside food. Hide it in your bag. If they see it just deny it. Eat it in the shadows.
- Martin BJanuary 3, 2015Easily one of the worst airline lounges I've been to. Totally crowded and only crackers and packed cheese to eat. Not up to par with other airlines around the world. Really sad...
- I'm surprised at the rating, frankly. United has made great strides over the last year in particular, and the reviews are quite outdated. Every experience I've had here has been outstanding.
- Bobby DacronFebruary 2, 2011The beer is still good, the snacks are pretty crappy. How do you ruin an apple? PClub figured it out. The ladies at the front, though, are great!!
- Ian ApplegateJuly 11, 2013Good showers and bar, but limited power points and no actual food, just trail mix and crackers.
- Diego CollazosApril 9, 2015If you're hungry, get food at any other place, get in just for good seats and alcohol, food here is far from decent, worst lounge in the world
- Dracaena WinesNovember 5, 2014For the cost of membership they should offer a lot more. House wines are pretty bad and only have Coors light and Miller. Expensive for pay wines and beer
- If you want good food, pleasant service and decent drinks this is not the place for you.
- Can't wait for them to stop the donut balls and start carrying mini muffins like Chicago, Houston, etc.
- Catherine TsavalasAugust 3, 2011Free beer, wine and liquor. You'll need it flying through Newark. Shortbread cookies are addicting.
- Crowded even on Mondays...and I get top points for most whiny tips here.
