    Been here 10+ times
    地下に市営駐車場がありそこは身体障害者手帳4級以上、療育手帳があれば一日無料があるが、精神障害者保健福祉手帳は対象外。前は精神でも無料対象になってたのにいきなりなくすはおかしい。

    中に喫茶店あり、昼どきも混んでいないので、ゆっくりしたい時にはオススメです
