EdDecember 19, 2017Brought home a bottle of Junmai ginjo 純米吟醸 and it got a resounding YASSSSS from everyone that took a sip. Served chilled, it’s smooth, crisp and just subtly sweet. Take my monehhhhhh

その場でサーバーから瓶詰めしてもらえる酒ミュージアム限定の生原酒(賞味期限1週間！)は毎回買ってしまいます。瓶もなんだかお洒落。コロナ禍で今はダメですが、前はカウンターで試飲可能でした。
