K.WatchJune 8, 2013鑑真和上の御廟の西側に「天平の甍」の石碑がある。これは、早稲田大学で会津八一に師事し鑑真和上を研究した安藤更生と彼の研究をヒントに「天平の甍」を書いた井上靖の両名の鑑真和上の生涯を世に知らしめた功績を讃えたもの。
Upvote2Downvote- K.WatchJune 8, 2013鑑真和上は天平宝字7年(763)、旧暦の5月6日に入滅。この鑑真和上の御廟は、唐招提寺の境内にある唯一の墓。他の歴代の唐招提寺の高僧の墓は唐招提寺から北に近鉄電車の踏切を越えた位置にある奥の院にある。

NaoOctober 1, 2016唐招提寺の南大門を背にして右手奥にある「鑑真和上御廟」。鑑真和上のお墓ですが、門を潜って中庭に生える緑の苔の美しさにとても感動しました。
