一切從太爺爺的手繪食譜傳承竹昇麵這個傳統工藝，竹昇麵爽滑彈牙享負盛名，靠著槓桿原理配合自身重量，將麵團製造成連續十年米芝蓮推介食肆。坤記之命名源自於母親對子女的愛及文化傳承的執著，就這個理由在2010年創立了坤記竹昇麵，一直為了保持著傳統文化，堅持每一碗面都由一支「竹昇」及汗水製造出來，令到這碗看似平凡的麵，充滿著文化氣息及母親滿滿的愛。
