Fish belly congee is really good here! probably the best you can find in town. Remember to come in the morning as it closes quite early (btw trilingual menu is available: eng, jap & chin)

This is the best place for congee in Mongkok by far. Congee with sliced fish is a must try item.

食べたのは馳名及弟粥という豚のモツ粥。20年前に食べた香港の朝粥で豚の血に塩を入れて蒸し固めたものが入った粥を食べて美味しかったので、今回も豚系で。くにくにとした食感のモツは臭みもなく美味い。豚のつみれ団子も入っていてなかなかの食べごたえでした。
