    日本最大の灌漑用のため池。空海が改修したことでも知られ、周囲約20km、貯水量1,540万㌧。満濃太郎とも呼ばれる。毎年6月中旬から毎秒4立方メートルの農業用水が放水され、讃岐平野の田植えが一斉に始まる。このゆる抜きの音と堤防下に整備された「ほたる見公園」のせせらぎは「満濃池のゆるぬきとせせらぎ」として日本の音風景100選に選定されている。

    Been here 5+ times
    池にあがる前にはホタルがよく見れていたことにちなんでほたる見はしという橋があるほたる見公園あり。
