My go-to ramen place in Tokyo, come hungry and with time to spare for tori paitan chicken broth ramen. Skip the 2 hour line at their above ground location, this subway spot is a better kept secret.

Best ramen I've ever had: the broth is simply stunning. The main shop is a couple blocks away but it's closed right now. This one is by exit C2 in the Ginza station. Add egg, bamboo. Skip the negi.

Tasty ramen! Arrived at 3.45pm and only had to wait 10minutes (but when we left there was a queue of 7 people). Near exit C2. Garlic butter served on the side, one order sufficient for two people.

鶏白湯SOBA(並) 950円。細ストレート麺に、具材はヤングコーン、山芋、ズッキーニ、いんげん、トマト、青ネギ、三つ葉に鶏チャーシューが2枚。鶏肉はしっとりと柔らかいが、やや臭みもある。気になる場合は卓上の黒七味をまぶすと良い。スープは基本的に本店と同じ味。平日19時半で10人並んでいて、約45分待ち。本店よりは待たないけど、場所が地下鉄の通路なだけにウンザリ感は強い。美味しいが、価格は高い。

鶏白湯SOBA(並：税込950円)。お野菜系の具材は旬の素材となりますので、季節によって異なります。味玉はデフォルトではないので是非トッピングに。春になれば京都産のたけのこを。味が濃厚な分、単調になりがちなので、薬味の国産生姜・フライドオニオンや、テーブルにある原了郭の黒七味で味を途中で変えて楽しみましょう。

カウンター8席のみ。営業時間は10:00～23:00ですが、スープが終わり次第終了です。メニューは、鶏白湯SOBAと鶏白湯魚介つけSOBAの2種類のみ。追加トッピングはほぼ同じですが、何となく　銀座篝 (Ginza Kagari) - http://4sq.com/13soIN5　の方が美味しいかな？でも待ち時間が少ないのは魅力的です。本日から、つけSOBAの麺が中太麺に変更になってます。

SOBAのお供〔Rice a la carte〕に、以前あった、鶏チャーシュー焼丼(380円)が復活してます。トリュフ醤油ソースがかかって食べ応えあります。ごはん(150円)、濃厚卵かけごはん(280円)、数量限定の銘柄鶏炊き込みごはん(280円)は従来通り。

銀座駅地下街「Echika fit銀座」に店を構える行列の耐えないラーメン屋鶏白湯SOBAは、とろ〜りさっぱりとしたポタージュ系スープに季節ごとに変わるトッピング！行列に並ぶ価値はある人気店です！

トロトロさっぱりの鶏白湯スープは噂通りの美味しさ！季節野菜もシャキシャキで、胸肉のチャーシューはしっとり柔らか。また並びたい！

本店が移転の為営業終了。本店の移転が終わるまではこれまで以上にに混みそうな予感。あとつけ麺は微妙。ラーメン一択で。
