Pretty good donkotsu ramen. The place itself is rather small.

면의 식감과 향이 일본의 괜찮은 라멘집보다 낫다는 생각이 듭니다. 물론 국내에서는 따라 갈자 없다고요. 라멘스프는 정형화되어있지 않은 느낌이 있습니다. 뭔가 계속 연구중이 아닐까 싶은 느낌이라고나 할까요? 주인장의 세심함과 집요함이 느껴지는 ラーメン　一杯 였습니다. 발전가능성을 따지면 여기가 대한민국에서 1위네요.
