    Has to be the worst mode of transportation EVER. they oversell seats and one time had a lady get on the bus and when the bus pulled off, they realized they had no more seating for her!

    Take Bolt Bus instead. Cheaper, Wifi, power outlets, AND they run on time without making you feel herded.

    Horrible customer service for the ppl who work outside. There are no indications on where to stand and for what trip, and the ppl that work here act like you're bothering them when u ask a question!!!

    Service from NYC to Philly is horrible. Always late, switching drivers, dumb shit. Only in case I'm flat broke I'll use this in the evening.
