Actually a very nice hotel. My room was clean and they upgraded me from two double beds to a queen (was staying alone) free of charge. There is a 24\7 cafe where you can get a snack or beer.
Was kind of stuck here against my will because United missed our connection but really loved the hotel they put us up at. Nice rooms, good food even late. They clearly see a lot of weary travelers.
I spent two nights at the DoubleTree next door during winterstorm Jonas and moved to this place later. Rooms are far better equipped at the Ramada, everything is renovated. Staff is a little rude.
After a long day of horrible travel, the airline put us in these hotels. Keurig machine with Starbucks KCups, comfy pillow top beds, nice TV & blow dryer.Quick efficient customer service no complaint.
Very close to airport, and free shuttle is available from/to hotel. It is nice, quite, clean. The front desk is helpful. The hotel seems to need some renovation. Fine for the price. Don't expect much.
This place must've been revamped since other reviews! Beautiful room and new decor, even new carpet. Extra clean--no bad smells or bleach smells. Staff was quick to check in all guests with vouchers.
No kind words for the conditions at this property or the shuttle staff. However, the restauranthostess had a great personality! She was the highlight of a long and extremely frustrating day.
Wasn't bad because I stayed for free thank you United Air woke up in the a.m. & smelt like bleach. My skin reeks of bleach its disgusting! Thanks for the free stay tho!
Honestly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Last time I book because of price. Cleaned room once of four nights. You apparently have to request daily to clean for you No towels, and unhelpful staff
