Maybe because they're still new. Their tea is not good. I can't describe what's bad about it but I know it's not comparable with Gong Cha, Ten Rens or Fantasia. I've already tried 7 different drinks.Upvote1Downvote- Not bad! But not my to go bubble tea place, they’re better ones out there
