Sustain is one of the few (if only) bars in Miami/Miami Beach that honors the craft of cocktails. If Daniel is behind the bar, congratulate that mad genius who invented their entire program.
It's not on the menu, but if you want to try one THE BEST desserts in town, Ask for the "S'mores Donut"... I can't even begin to describe how good it is.

PLEASE try the gnocchi! Its everything you could ever dream gnocchi to be! The water is distilled in-house giving it a wonderfully different taste compared to what we're used to. Overall, its an A+
Executive Chef Alejandro Piñero includes produce from North and West Florida. Paradise Farms, Seriously Organic, Teena's Pride, and PT Fish are some of the sources he mentioned he'll be working with.
The corn dogs and meatball bites are great. The croquettes not so much.. The 'wet fries' are awesome!! Overall a very pleasant experience. I'll definitely be coming back! :)
Sustain's bar manager Daniel Toral makes perfectly crafted cocktails, so it's almost a shame to not let this bar master so his thing, but we're talking martinis today.
All the cocktails here are excellent... Currently the best one is the "Small Revival" w/ Bulleit Rye, homemade shrub, lemon, orange bitters, & rosemary.
