- if you can pull yourself out of bed early enough, 7am weekday class is not a clusterfuck
- They're stilling in that place, I got off from the 7:00 pm class and some cash and a metro card disappeared from my wallet
- Sweat like a pool and feel super accomplished the moment you step outside.
- Get there 15 min. early or else you gon' be smellin' some feet!
- Water and a towel is all you need. You will always leave sweating!

- Arrive early and bring your own clean mat, donate well if you can! Candle lit classes are amazing.
- classes fill up but they have add'l rooms to accomodate. be respectful and don't arrive late (take the next class time). DONATE generous as you RECEIVE so much more in return!
- The 7:30pm class (week-day) was way too crowded, almost impossible to walk up or down the stairs leading to the various studios. Extremely unpleasant, stressful, cramped, all round bad experience.
- Candle-lit classes Sunday evening are a great way to finish the weekend and flow into the week.
