    Building manager Jason is a pleasure.. It's my opinion that the super is arrogant, lazy and has an inflated ego. He pushes down rules and makes everyone's life hell. AVOID HIM!!! BAD TALENT; BAD HIRE!

    Avoid the garage ramp in the rain and snow. 5 people have crashed into the garage door sine they painted it in a slippery coating.
