Their dumplings are amazing and if you haven't had ramen in a while, prepare yourself, they have the best in town 😍
I always cave to the Korean Spicy beef but the ramen and iron pots are fab as well. If they ask if you want an egg on top the answer is yes.
Gotta get the ramen, obviously. The spicy miso has a great balance and comes with the richer back fat broth. If you don’t go spicy, at least get the richer broth!
Yaaaaas. The ramen is on point. And the bao (pork buns) are so so good. You can't go wrong.

I've eaten here at Shing Ya many times over the past year. I have always had great service and fantastic food! I have tried many different types of sushi, always well prepared! The Ramen rocks too!
The Tonkotsu ramen is ridiculous. The broth will make you moan out loud. Also, very filling. Just do something nice for yourself and eat here.

The best ramen in Salt Lake. The Curry Ramen is great if you want lots of flavors, but my favorite is the Karai. It is a traditional ramen with a little spice. The gyoza and Tokyo Wings are a must

In my opinion, this is the best ramen place in Seattle now. The most authentic Fukuoka style Tonkotsu ramen made by actual ramen chefs from Japan.
