- Cesar WazenNovember 15, 2019Totally agree with Juan Luiz, country is much much more beautiful than airport, I can say that safely even if I am Lebanese :)
- JeanJanuary 27, 2014If you're here in winter, make sure you have your coat on you. It's very cold at night! Also be prepared to get randomly searched.
- Customs lines can be super long, as can taxi lines. Skip the latter via Uber, but head to Puerta 1 if you're in T2 to avoid a chaotic search for your driver.
- There's a local Mexican food court just outside the doors of terminal 2.
- God help you if you're flying in from south America to terminal 1. It will take you 1 to 2 hours to get your luggage. They also make you use a baggage porter.
- Security waits are not usually very long. Lots of self-checkin points. Lots of shops and restaurants. It's a LONG airport!
- Kat YaitzkiyAugust 8, 2015French Quesadillas and mushroom tacos are great option but not a good service!!!
- If you are hungry and have a few minutes to spare, remember that the best restaurants are located outside of the security area.
- David RitterMarch 31, 2019dont loose your immigration papers they give you!! if you do, BRING PESOS! THEY DON'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS OR USD, JUST PESOS! they dont speak good english (suprise) so know a little spanish when going.
- Josh RobertsApril 10, 2022Get food BEFORE you go through security - there are much more limited options once you get through, while before security they have literally everything.
- 7eleven's coffee is the same as Starbucks but with better price :-). And, who will care if you have a cheaper coffee if no one knows you? Jeje
- Any flight connection requires to collect your luggage and go by the customs.
- Take the metro to the city-center from Terminal 1 for only 5 pesos!
- Pay close attention to the monitors, gates change often and with little to no notice. Other than that, tacos are plentiful🙌
- Amy MarAugust 16, 2013The Internet username is starbucks@infinitummovil and the password is mocha12. I don't know how often they change it but I think every store gives you a different user and pass if you buy something.
- Javier QuinteroDecember 30, 2018The airport is old, confusing and dirty. Information on screens is incomplete and inaccurate so you need to ask about your flight on a counter and they make you make a line for that. Be prepared!
- Fernanda GulloOctober 23, 2014Very nice airport, all gates are well signaled, and the staff is really attentious.
- jonasSeptember 17, 2013Beautiful airport. Fast service at the sports bar. No internet kiosks so use your brief free internet (log in as a guest) wisely.
- If you need a massage, go to the 2nd floor in Terminal 1 (close to the Telcel Service Desk and the Post Office) :)
- Always busy... watch your luggage at all times, watch yourself for any golf cars around... visit the VIP lounges... best service ever!
- DO NOT lose or throw away your immigration card that you get when you arrive. You will need it to leave the country!!!!
- If you are flying from terminal two, make sure that you have enough time to check in. Mainly aeromexico will take 40min to check your bags in#
- Rafa del ToroMay 31, 2018Honestly they have so many options for eating plus it’s very comfy. Maybe it could be cleaner
- Very old airport for the latest aviation requirements and the heavy air traffic. Renewal is required in many aspects. Parking fees are way to expensive. Not enough seats in food court or generally.
- Brian StraussMarch 15, 2019Hey, not bad! Close to downtown and lacking the hordes of resort and timeshare sales people that greet you emerging from customs at many Mexico resort city airports. Tons of shopping but no good food.
- djcroft™ ®December 27, 2013...if you want free wi-fi...you need to buy to any stores/shops to get the password...:)
- Diana N.March 25, 2013Such a large airport with plenty of Duty Free shops. There are souvenir shops before and after security.
- Less chaotic than you might think. Still best to arrive early for your flight.
- Make sure you do put your liquids in a ziplock bag. After healthrow its one of the most stringent security at airports I've see lately
- This airport is a messy disaster. Overcrowded, with long queues everywhere… The biggest chaos is on the arrival side. Connections are a nightmare. Definitely to be avoid as a transit airport!
- Honeylee RamirezApril 13, 2017We landed late and were able to get our checked in luggages late too, not their fault but there were very few atm machines. Not much of options to eat.
- Blanche MonteroJuly 23, 2017It is confusing, not clean in all areas, the food court is small, not too much variety and expensive. There are people there who help but need to be updated on new construction sites. Didn't like it.
- Support Mexicana's team! Visit their cafeteria instead foreign brands!
- Coming to the end of its lifespan but still a nice place to come back too ❤️
- Daniel RoyJanuary 25, 2015Of you're coming from a domestic flight to an international one or vice versa, be aware you may have to change terminals. Train between terminals is free with itinerary.
- Paula TurattoJanuary 19, 2014If you have a connection here, be prepared to run. The employees from the airport are no able to give you the right information and you might lose your flight.
- Big airport, arrive with enough time. plenty options to eat and drink while waiting
- Despite the delays constantly happening it has lots of food options in good prices
- There are 2 ways to access the national gates in terminal 1. The fastest is on the second floor of the zone marked as "A".
- Need a Taxi? Don't take the first option, walk a little to exit #10 and there are more options all at the same price.
- There are several places at Terminal 2 that you can go to before your flight!
- Always red channel, ALWAYS! Why am I so unlucky? Also, unfriendly staff and large queues for foreigners when you enter the country
