Alfred M.: it's cash only. and still the best dive in astoria. friendly and always an interesting mix of locals and their friends. friday karaoke is probably the only time you'll see the place full.

Alfred M.: nice venue with stellar outdoor space with (not cheap) food and drinks. FYI: row 16 is the last row in the 100 level. super convenient if you drink a lot and need to pee frequently ;)

Alfred M.: nice rooms. definitely go to Ralph's next door and buy food/alcohol. you can use the lobby computers to print or browse free for 15 min.

Alfred M.: decent amenities here. during conventions, more laid back atmosphere. bar/pool area very nice.

Alfred M.: it's quaint. if taxis hard to get, uber (or lyft) it.

Alfred M.: there's a bodega a few blocks away on 35th/35th to buy snacks

Alfred M.: $1 oysters during weekend brunch from 12pm-2pm

Alfred M.: the cold ramen is perfect on a summer day. they also gave us complimentary mochi ice cream for desert. A+++

Alfred M.: beef and pork with some soju to wash it down. make sure to put the kimchi on the grill and cook it.

Alfred M.: sushi adajo is perfect. staff super efficient. great sushi. not open Monday or Tuesday.

Alfred M.: great space. you can smell the history. guy walks around with free apps during happy hour

Alfred M.: good beer specials and food. spacious too. also has a back yard.

Alfred M.: go to American Retro after. great food and beers.

Alfred M.: this place is awesome. bring small bills for the nice locals that help out (take your picture, wash you, the kids that take care of your shoes). pay each helper 3,000. bring ~20,000 for them.
