'Solomillo de Pepe Anca' (cooked medio) might be the best steak I've ever tasted. super tender. you might not even need to chew. get it.
took a day tour and it was gorgeous. the boat ride back is especially crazy if there's chop. let the hotel put EVERYTHING IN PLASTIC. even your phone and small bag. you will get soaked. promise.
