KLM ground operations management is not good - they get completely lost in a situation that can happen for every flight, go back to school!
Not a child friendly airport. I find that an airport should provide strollers for children and a paying area after you pasted the customs.

To get a tax refund, you must secure a customs stamp first. Unfortunately, you need to show the purchased goods. No goods, no stamp.
Be at the Security / X-Ray 30 minutes earlier than you think. They are working so slow and the place is so crowded!
I love this place - even when I'm not going anywhere..
Be sure to bash your fellow passengers with your backpack as you walk down the aisles
