- Micro classes are intense toning workouts, Bounce classes are done on trampolines, hybrid classes are part toning and part cardio. Range from medium to very difficult - you're sure to break a sweat.
- Grace WhitworthJuly 15, 2016What's AMAZING here is Yin Yue's classes!!!! If you want an amazing workout that will make changes to your body immediately --- then take Yin's class. She's a professionally trained dancer!!
- Facilities are very nice but I'm not a big fan of their classes. Exercises are not explained very well & the space can be too cramped for the amount of people they try to squeeze into one class.
- Tell them you want BOUNCE at 7am. Right now only offered at 8am. So fun and great way to start your day! Who is angry after bouncing for an hour?
- CassidyMay 12, 2014Good workout but not particularly beginner friendly or geared towards the uncoordinated (yes I have two left feet).
- Sarah Hackwith is amazing! Great music and super motivating
- Love this place - class was awesome and the studio is beautiful. I will definitely be back!
- Take BariOne first before trying the other classes! Jump on a trampoline in Bounce!
