    My favorite favorite bookstore - the staff has little databases of the best books ever implanted in their brains. Give them a list of your favorite three books and they can recommend the fourth.

    Gothamist says, "The small store always has the latest best-sellers and sleeper hits, and its event calendar hosts everyone from local authors to Pulitzer-winners." Staff was lovely. Not a must-visit. Read more

    Extensive but not overwhelming selection of books in a low-key, friendly atmosphere. You're almost guaranteed to find a good new author or cool book on the shelves here.

    Lots of great people to help you here - Chad, Zack, Emma - I have yet to find a better bookstore in Brooklyn - or maybe even Manhattan for that matter. Great back room to chill out and recharge, also

    kid-friendly. classics combined with the newest kids' books out there. Great spot to find obscure literary magazines. Staff really knows their books + super helpful.

    Hadn't visited in over 10 years (not since the days of pre-ordering Harry Potter sequels), but finally stepped in this weekend, and shame on me for not doing so sooner! The expansion looks amazing.
