- Donna SalamancaAugust 9, 2015Had so much fun with the family! Such a great place to take the family 😇
- DeeAugust 15, 2018This is the saddest zoo I have ever been to. Small cages and sad animals (even though the park is so big that they could have made it into a paradise for them), I came out of there really depressed ;/
- Tony TorresAugust 16, 2013If you are parking on Southern Blvd, PLEASE remove valuables from plain sight! Your car will be broken into if thieves can quickly see what you have to take.
- Kimberly AginSeptember 5, 2015An incredible zoo - clean, fabulous petting zoo, and a staff that really seems to care.
- zman loAugust 23, 2015Free Parking Also on Southern blvd. Just walk 1 long block across from Fordham U. Football field.
- Carlos GonzalezAugust 25, 2015Great place to be a whole day being in touch with the nature and the animals
- Benny BaezApril 22, 2014The monkeys and gorillas are awesome. Definitely get there as early as possible
- D'Agostino SupermarketsJanuary 31, 2012The Bronx Zoo houses more than 6,000 animals and over 600 unique species. The zoo employs 750 full time staff each year. What a busy place!
- Dan MilanoSeptember 1, 2015Animals are great, food is poor, security guards will hassle you if you lean back on a bench and look at the clouds.
- Trevor DimmieAugust 23, 2012No Cheetahs anymore but still a great family trip. Tiger Exhibit was great!
- Kai BrinkerApril 9, 2011Be sure to check out the giraffes. They're probably the closest you're allowed to get to a big animal without a fence, moat, or window in the way.
- Rob KelleyNovember 15, 2009Find the Jungle World building in the Asia section. Very low profile entrance but it's huge and amazing. End up deep down at the Jungle Waterfall room with underwater view of huge fish
- It's huge so you can spend an entire day here and the kids aren't complaining
- Make sure to purchase the Total Experience Ticket That Gives You General Admission & Unlimited Rides & Attractions ( Except the Camel Ride ) :)
- Melissa DarlingMay 26, 2014The food is expensive so walk with your own but the exhibits are breath taking!
- Manos KoumantakisAugust 12, 20124th biggest in the world! A must-see and worth of spending a whole day or more..
- Jamie EApril 6, 2013The gorillas may be behind glass but they were the most interactive out if all the animals. They tapped the glass at us.
- Henry H.November 14, 2011Get there early if you want to see everything, you can easily spend a whole day here :)
- Alyssa PAugust 10, 2012A lot of walking, uneven pavement and not a lot of animals during the walk. Lots of things that should be repaired and updated and is not. Seemed like their money goes to research more than exhibits.
- Lenny KnechtOctober 15, 2014Go on Wednesday and pay only the full experience tickets! (14.95$ instead of 28$+14.94$)
- Coming here on a Wednesday is like walking in to welfare after 11am!!! Just don't do it lol!
- Rafael SulitJuly 4, 2012Cap the trip off with a ride on the monorail. It's really cool and an exhibit in itself!
- Douglas FilterJuly 8, 2016Natural settings for the animals. But can't tell if we are on display for the monkeys - or vice versa
- Lawrence ChongJanuary 2, 2013Great zoo but you have to walk through dangerous streets just to get there from subway
