Juice from adolescent Tempranillo vines, aged for 6 months in American oak. Delightful, and young in nature, full of juicy red raspberry fruit, very gentle spice and hints of toast.

Often seen as a supporting character, Petit Verdot gets the spotlight here in southern Spain. Seriously hot temperatures ensure that the inky, tannic grape gets plenty of ripeness, and a few months in oak ensure a smooth texture.

Paul Draper is a god of zin and you should really drink this. One of the great benchmarks for zin Ridge, one of the 3 "R's" of zin, is without question masters of their style.

A super approachable, brighter style of Zin. With a tight perfumed core of ripe fruit, the nose is muscular and lean. On the palate, dark brambly fruits are followed by spice, and an iron-like minerality.

Red Txakoli- so rare and exciting! Aromas of herbs, black pepper, and spice are balanced by dark, earthy notes of blackberry and raspberry fruit. The classic, charming Tkakoli effervescence adds a pleasant texture.
