Excellent bourbon list! Pork chop was amazing along with the bison ribs. Sides were good as well - we had the sweet potato, cornbread and spinach.

All these reviews that recommend the pork chop...it is massive and more tender than some of the best steaks. Not like your normal pork chop.

Holy Jesus out loud is this good. Duck truffle sausage? Yes. Jalapeño "poppers" (I use "" because they are ironic as this is far from a TGIF) made with PB are like angry ants on a log!

Pork chop is the best thing you'll taste this year. Long rib is right behind that. Texas hot link and boar sausage rule. As well as the footlong . Homemade bun ftw.
